I set up this webpage because I evidently want more UK students. But not just to increase my numbers. Rather because I can deliver a service to you that the average French teacher can’t.

What do we do?
We teach French online through video calls. Our students are in America, the UK, France, and other parts of Europe. We offer personalized coaching, structured resources and good old-fashioned service.

Our students can log into this website and enjoy high-quality learning resources that acts as their 24/7 French class. There are videos that are paired with worksheets on every single topic of French.
We encourage autonomy and independence while acting as guides through the French language. Instead of walking you through a lesson we rather advise, design your learning plan and assess your understanding.
Why do we appeal to Brits?
Quite simply because as much as the Brits are very British, the French are very French. They may be experts in their own language but they will never be you. From the teaching methods to the cultural (and linguistic) misunderstandings, they will never truly remove themselves from being French. There will be a certain friction in their classes and perhaps frustration because they cannot perceive the fact of being a British learner.
British society is one that is layered with many social classes, and made more complex still by the language subtleties. You have to be one to know one.

We’re based near New York in the unassuming state of Connecticut. That’s 5 hours’ difference with the UK and 6 with the Continent. Before moving here we were right in the heart of the East Midlands.
Ever since the Brexit it’s been harder for international workers to come to the UK. And with the current political turmoil (2025) many would think twice before settling in the UK. This leaves a very big gap in the availability of credible French teachers. We can make it right for you by delivering French classes you will understand.
We propose a structured program that explains clearly how the language works. We want you to develop autonomy and understanding as an insider. We won’t be teaching you phrases or situation-based lessons in the style of “how to order at a restaurant”.
